Week 19 - Kick Some Ass - Magical Mondays






Hello, my name is Kimmie Kay; I’m a Personal Holistic Healing Counselor/Coach.

Magical Mondays
This is a 52 week journey, using a standard deck of cards (go to www.KimmieKay.com to read about the deck of cards).  We are on Week 19.  I’d like you all to congratulate yourselves for being here, for taking the time for YOU.  Just 30 minutes to improve your life a little at a time each week.  Grateful for you all!

Begin:
February 5, 2018
The card to carry with you with week is the Five (5) of Hearts, Week 19, letter on the front is “K”
“K” Kick some ass!!:  What does kicking ass mean to you?  Is kicking ass having an amazing work out, fabulous presentation, getting over an addiction, reaching a goal you thought might be impossible, or maybe getting even with someone who did you wrong?
It's week 19, the 5th of February and I’m delighted that I drew the 5 of hearts. Think about the number 5…we have 5 fingers & 5 toes.  Most of us base our week as 5 days a week. We’ve all heard of the “5 Second Rule”. NASA does their countdown for takeoff as, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…Blast Off!  Tonight we are going to learn a technique from author, Mel Robbins.  She came up with a system that will help you KICK SOME ASS!!

Breathing Exercise before lesson (this method is the fastest way to become calm and centered):  IN for count of 7, HOLD for count of 7, OUT for count of 7, HOLD for count of 7. Repeat 3 x’s
Meditation - relax

I then let Mel Robbins promote her technique:
Play the book chapter Chapter 3…for 3:41 minutes
Play the book chapter Chapter 5…for 8:25 minutes

In closing:
Reminder; take your 5 of Hearts with you as a reminder to practice 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…. 
2018 has been full of wonderful magical lessons for peeling off layers.
