Week 16 - Simplify - Magical Mondays





BEFORE WE GET STARTED:  Does anyone here, on the call, get offended by swear words, especially the F word.  I have a meditation at the end I want to play. Everyone OK.

Hello, my name is Kimmie Kay; I’m a Personal Holistic Healing Counselor/Coach. 
Healing: let me clarify, I cannot heal anyone, nor do I make any claims to have healed anyone.  The title simply is a guide to explain what I am—I am a holistic healer who guides the human race to a better place.

Guidance is done through meditation, prayer, journeying, intuition, and other spiritual means.

Magical Mondays
This is a 52 week journey, using a standard deck of cards (go to www.KimmieKay.com to read about the deck of cards).  We are on Week 16.  I’d like you all to congratulate yourselves for being here, for taking the time for YOU.  Just 30 minutes to improve your life a little at a time each week.  Grateful for you all!

NOTE:  last week, I heavily expanded on how to transform your ‘brain’ to reach your goals and stay on track in the Script which is posted on the website.  So if you haven’t read it, I highly recommend you read it and if you can PRINT IT OUT.

Begin:
January 15, 2018
The card to carry with you with week is the 7 of Clubs, Week 16, the letter on the front is “S”
Number 16 resonates with personal willpower, independence, initiative, action and overcoming obstacles
The number 7 is very spiritual and has a multitude of meanings.  It symbolizes humanity's deep inner-need to find depth, meaning and spiritual connection. We are going to relate the number seven to “7” days in a week, I’ll explain after breathing

Simplify:  Everyone has heard of the K.I.S.S. method, “Keep it Simple St____”.  To me that is completely negative, so I added an extra s, K.I.S.S.S, Keep it Simple Super Star.
In today’s world everything is NOW, RUSH-RUSH, we say, “OH I’ve Got Soooo Much to do!!”
Story--my life ran the best, the most organized, etc.  I literally got the most done when I was raising my three beautiful children.  Why?  How?  Because I simplified my week: 
Daily was Family Time and as far as chores; dishes and laundry were done, etc.
·         Monday was bedding laundry day, follow up with clients, work out after 9 pm
·         Tuesday was bathroom day, go see clients
·         Wednesday full house cleaning, follow up with clients,
·         Thursday was grocery shopping + meal planning, go see clients, work out after 9 pm
·         Friday was “free day” then Pizza & Movie night, paperwork day
·         Saturday was yard work etc., work out whenever doing whatever
·         Sunday was ‘day off’ + prep for coming week, work out same as Saturday
Looking back on this schedule, it worked, because I scheduled the things I repeatedly did over and over, AND, with it being planned out--I didn’t have to think about it.  Family time, Chores, business, work out, and Meals were already planned.  The kids didn’t have to ask what was for dinner; they went to the refrigerator and read the list.  Now that I think about it, it was an uncomfortable question to ask my mom when I was growing up.
 
This technique can help simplify anything in your life!  Organize what you do ALL the time, and schedule it.  You will be surprised when you DON’T have to think about the stuff you repeat over and over again, will save you hours and hours. 
Before we do the exercise, we are going to breathe first. 
Breathing Exercise before lesson (this method is the fastest way to become calm and centered):  IN for count of 7, HOLD for count of 7, OUT for count of 7, HOLD for count of 7. Repeat 3 x’s
Hopefully you have a piece of paper, write down each day of the week and let’s do a rough draft to then be transferred to your calendar or date book.  Our first Magical Monday this 2018 was about Balanced Abundance.  Now, let’s look at how we can add all four quadrants to our rough draft weekly schedule to keep balance.  (Family/Friends, Faith, Fitness, Finances)
DAILY - Include positive affirmations to your schedule, daily forgiveness of self for each day, breathing/meditation (even if only for 5 minutes), get outside, and remember “you are enough”, now let’s simplify.
What doesn’t get done today….there is always tomorrow!

Our meditation was not normal, in fact, it was a little to bold for one listener (which I apologize—however, I did ask in the beginning of the call if anyone would be offended by the ‘F’ word)

This meditation isn’t for everyone, but I wanted to keep it simple, light, and humorous.

In closing:
Reminder; take your Seven (7) of Clubs with you as a reminder to simplify your life with a schedule.  --You will achieve your own happiness, success, and balanced abundance. 
Remember every day is a new beginning, have a Magical Week!
